| COM-Port Redirector
COM-Port Redirector software enables your existing serial communication programs that use Windows serial port drivers to be used over the network allowing you to keep using your existing
program without any modification. The COM-Port Redirector software provides access to the serial ports of the HelloDevice family from multiple PCs over a TCP/IP network.
Sena provides a couple of solutions for those users who want to use the existing application programs based on serial communication. One is our own freeware COM-Port Redirector,
HelloDevice VirtualCOM. The other is a commercial software, Serial/IP from Tactical Software.
Both are general-purpose serial port redirector clients that let applications on Windows-based systems use shared resources on the HelloDevice. With COM-Port Redirector, you can configure
the Windows applications to communicate with COM-Ports on a remote HelloDevice as if they were local to the PC.
